MEET PRISCILLA

Priscilla – Founder, Senior Amazon Account Managing Amazon Marketplace Operations Since 2016

II’m Priscilla, a French-Canadian entrepreneur based in Florida since 2016, with over 15 years of experience across retail, marketing, and product commercialization. That background shaped a practical understanding of how brands operate within tight margins, complex supply chains, and execution-driven environments.

I entered e-commerce in 2016 by building an online business focused on specialty food products, driven by both entrepreneurial interest and personal connection. Operating and scaling that business on Amazon provided direct, hands-on experience navigating marketplace operations, fulfillment workflows, pricing structures, and account management challenges.

As other founders began seeking guidance on managing Amazon operations more effectively, this consultancy was established to provide structured, independent support to brands selling on the platform.

Today, I work directly with founders and brand leaders who value hands-on, senior-level involvement. Engagements focus on operational structure, cost and margin analysis, marketplace positioning, and long-term account stability across Amazon marketplaces.

Our approach is collaborative and methodical. We assess, discuss, and implement operational and strategic initiatives based on analysis and experience. Clients work directly with senior professionals throughout the engagement — without outsourcing, junior handoffs, or offshore execution.
